Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily technician schedules and adjust routes as needed throughout the day.
- Prioritize emergency, same-day, and time-sensitive service calls.
- Communicate job details, customer concerns, and scheduling changes with technicians.
- Work closely with technicians, service managers, and office staff to keep jobs moving efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer and job information in scheduling software, including ServiceTitan.
- Maintain a calm, professional, and organized approach in a fast-paced environment.
- Help maximize technician productivity while maintaining realistic schedules and travel times.
Qualifications:
- One (1)+ years of dispatching experience form HVAC, plumbing or electrical required.
- Ability to work onsite in the office on a daily basis.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Experience using ServiceTitan is highly preferred.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to help maximize technician productivity while maintaining realistic schedules and travel times.
- Proficient with computers, scheduling software, and phone systems.
